Michael was extremely responsive from the first contact. Got a quote right away, a simple labour cost plus the replacement material. Was knowledgeable, extremely professional and efficient throughout the job. And all the work comes with workmanship warranty as well. Contacted him a couple days later, suspecting something might have been sitting slightly off inside the oven (No fault of his. This oven has some obvious questionable engineering design). Came back with no fuss, looked at it and fixed it in no time – even worked around my busy schedule! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any job small or large.

Michael arrived on time and did a great job of replacing the element on our Ilve oven. We had a few quotes from other places that were charging $240+ just for the call out so was so great to get an upfront cost from Michael over the phone that was very reasonable. Will definitely use again if I ever need to. Very happy.

My first call out was for a quote to repair my oven so I could decide whether to repair or replace (then something else broke so I chose the latter). They organised an electrician to advise whether I could convert to electric but that wasn’t a viable option. I chose an oven I was happy with (although not a lot of choice with gas). It took a while to arrive but Luke always kept me informed. A few days after the installation Michael even helped me by retrieving a tray that got taken away with the old oven. A great job by the team and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend them.

Great service and so efficient! Michael went above & beyond, not only did he fix our oven but he performed magic on it and the oven now lights up when you turn it on! Didn’t even ask him to fix the broken light bulb or the weird fan noise but it’s like new now.
